Project Overview
The Sudirman Tower project required a reliable single-supplier solution for structural and finishing materials across a 24-storey residential development. PT Graha Mandiri Persada engaged us at the foundation phase, and we supported the project through to handover.
Challenge
The site had limited staging area and strict delivery windows due to its location in a busy commercial corridor. Materials had to arrive in pre-scheduled batches sized to match the weekly construction programme — any surplus would create site congestion, while any shortage would halt progress.
Our Approach
We assigned a dedicated logistics coordinator to the project from day one. Weekly supply planning calls with the site PM ensured that delivery schedules aligned with the construction programme. We maintained a buffer stock at our Jakarta warehouse to absorb any programme adjustments.
Outcome
All 18 material deliveries were completed on schedule. The project was handed over to the client on time, with no material-related stoppages recorded across the 18-month build programme.
